Three floors in the recognized Fortabat Office Building overlooking the elegant neighborhood of Puerto Madero. Without abandoning a model used for over 100 years with the allocation and configuration of work spaces based on the concept of the private office a symbol of status and success, we achieved the flexibility imposed by today's market demands by reinventing the use of spaces where the design and furnishings reflect new technologies and ways of working determined by today’s economic reality. The project was developed in two operating floors with similar layouts: a perimeter ring of private offices with views to the outside and the use of one of the main areas as an open space with workstations. The circulations were configured with a library-archive grid, generating a rhythm that accompanies the solutions required by the project. The third corporate floor contains the meeting rooms, a common area, lounge, and administrative offices. We worked from the concept of robustness, comfort, and simplicity for each of the spaces, placing special emphasis on the details.
